Fenders Extensions - $30 picked up, $40 shipped:

2.5" Hi-flow Catco/Magnaflow Cat for S13 (maybe s14) - $100 picked up, $120 shipped: Used for about 1-2 years. Works great, ~12.5" in length. Upgraded to 3" piping. Already has flanges on each end ready to bolt-on. Make sure to measure your own cat first since there are variations among 240's... Bolted up to my sohc just fine (hot shot header -> cat -> greddy cat-back).

Chuki (91-94) USDM Bumper Lights - $10 picked up, $20 shipped.

can the cat be bolted on and easily taken off or does it need to be welded?

Ooops, can't believe I didn't answer this, sorry!

This doesn't need to be welded, has flanges on both ends. Should fit perfect, total length is like 12.5" I believe.
