Just got back from the theatre watching The Departed with a couple of friends and thus far this is one of the best movies this year. Lots of unexpected humor. Anybody else see it?

in case u dunno it was a replica movie from Hong Kong, they just use the same script that they bought from Hong Kong and sub in different characters. but theoretically they are the same. but anyway i will definitely go see that movie.

its a copy of infernal affairs. Its a great chinese movie and i hope they didnt ruin it with this copy. i plan to see it this friday hopefully :D

I want to watch this movie too, the cast is pretty sick, its a Scorsese film right?

leo was on fire... almost makes you forget he drives a prius. awesome movie, best i've seen in a long while.

The departed is better than infernal affairs. Scorsese makes it edgier even though it's basically the same story.

Infernal Affairs is much better than The Departed.

There was no development or emotion of characters... generally you didn't give a damn whether the character lived or died in The Departed.

it was an amazing movie, i liked how they took the infernal affairs trilogy and made it into one big movie

good stuff.

GREAT MOVIE

Just saw it last night and holly crap..... ending was good unexpected

and I'll have to agree that Leo was good in this one, has some of the classic actors, marky mark, Leo d., matt dam. one of the baldwins, good good movie go see it if you haven't yet seen it.

Oh another good movie that I just rented was HARD CANDY and no thats not a porn its a really good twisted movie if you havent seen that go rent it for sure!
