turbo question

is a T3 turbo any good? Im looking to go turbo on my KA24DE but I dont know much about turbos. I know I should pick up that book but havnt gotten around to it. Thanks for the input

A t3 is a bit small for our cars.  it will work, but will only be good for around ~14 psi, then you'll start blowing hot air.  Most people use the T3/t4 hybrid b/c it is the best trade of in terms of power, and spool up.  it will carry you to about 350hp give or take

if I got a manifold that a T3 hooked up to, could I upgrade to a t3/t4 later? Do the have the same hook up  (flange?) is what Im asking.

there were actually some cars at a contest running in the 400hp club with a t3/4 setup.  Acura integras actually

will a T04E flow more than a t3/4 setup?  i know lag will be increased.
