I went to see some Silvia front ends he had awhile back. I drove an hour and a half from Oxnard to El Monte. I saw the Silvia fronts and wanted to pick up a conversion. I tell him I'll be back next week with the money and he said that he'll have a whole 'nother shipment by the time I return the following week. A week goes by and I call him on my way to El Monte and ask if he got some in, he said yes and to come on by. I get there to the shop and wait 10 minutes. He arrives and then finds out that the shipment is still at the docks, waiting for documentation or whatever. He kept confirming with me that the conversions were in, but I don't think he never really checked. I wasted 6 hours of my time driving for nothing.

Trying to get a refund now... filed paypal complaint, he even told me and the owner of the NICO forums that he was going to give me a refund, he put the item back up for sale, still hasn't refunded and it has been almost a month.

After money was sent, all communcation stopped. I understand he has a family starting and a child on the way, but I have a 2 year old as well and work full time, plus college part time on top of that, if I am going to sell things, I make damn sure that if I have the time to take someones money, then I have the damn time to send out their items.

He very promptly sent me a tracking number through DHL, for an item that he never dropped off to them (confirmed by calling DHL), so at least he put Paypal at bay for supplying a tracking number, but I noted that... so looks like I have to wait until paypal decides which takes forever...

So if you feel like "Lending" this guy some money which he will eventually have to refund since he can't seem to ship things (I have spoken to many of his potential "buyers"), then by all means, but if you want/need a part, go elsewhere, even if it is more expensive, saving some money isn't dealing with this crap. :down: :down: :down:

hahah i believe he's full of shit...doode..i filed a complaint oon paypal and got my money..if he's telling you this now about this baby..it's already been 4 months..since i delt with his bull shit excuses..i've also gotten a trackin number and everything...even gave him 2nd chances..just get your refund..and buy it whatever it is from someone else.

Thats exactly what I am doing, the only time he emailed me was after the owner of the NICO forum emailed him about not posting anymore until its straightened up... he asked if I wanted to "hang in there until he could ship" and I said hell no. I was like its been 3 damn weeks, I have missed multiple opportunities to pick up an exhaust for the same price if not less (it was for his HKS exhaust). And after I said I wanted a refund almost a week ago, he just stopped responding again, so I will let paypal deal with his ass and get me my refund. Screw this crap of sending a bogus tracking number and shit... crappy seller, shady guy... end of story :down:

It is true it took awhile for some of you guys to get your parts, but every single one of you got ur money back or a refund. now for the rest of you, that i have never sold SH*T.
You need to remember who the f*ck u are talking about because it sure was not me..
