1) Will the DETT heads match up on the ET Block?
2) Do I Need to replace my 5 speed Trans or will it mount to the VG?
Finaly
3) Were might I find a engine cradle to mount the VG in my engine compartment?

Im not awair of the legalities of colorado I know we have no emissions in the county I live in but realy how many cops are outthere looking under your hood and how many would recognise that the vg30 with nissan tatted all over doesnt belong in a nissan. I guess what im saying is Im not realy all that concerned if it is street legal. Thank you for the input though.

Indeed, putting an older engine into a newer chassis is illegal in most states. Make sure you research your local laws.

thanks, your definatly write about it being illegal so with that thought I take it that it would probally be a swap that would be a waste of money, yes?

No, just something for you to consider. After all, the SR swap is illegal, the RB swap is illegal, the CA swap is illegal. It all depends on what you are willing to risk.

+1 - I don't know why everyone would make a big deal out of the legalities here... lol it's not like 99% of our cars actually pass smog...
Have fun with the swap - most likely you will have to go NA-T on that VG, but 300whp isn't more than 6 or 8 lbs away I'd think.
