Oh well... so I didn't buy a 240. I would have, except for that within 200 miles of my address the lowest price on an 89 240 was $3000.... I bought my 93 MX-6 V6 with 96,000 miles on it for only $3500... and it has a lot of features I wouldn't have with the 240... So if you ask me it's a good buy. And now I know im gonna get a wave of people saying they suck because of the fact that they are FWD but I don't really care.... I used to be a RWD freak too... And I still want a 240, but if it werent for all these damn ricers buying 240s and causing the prices to go up I would have bought one... anyways sorry the pic sucks it is the autotrader one... I'll get soem more soon.

On a side note, i thought you were going for an FC3S RX-7? What made you turn away from one of those?

Anyhoo, grats!

anyways, mx-6 is a nice car, but unfortunately its aftermarket is pretty low... i don't think there is a single turbo kit out for it.... have fun anyways....

While yes the Aftermarket is a bit scarce, there are turbo kits. Keep in mind I have the same engnie as the Ford Probe GT (its kinda like the DSM ecclipse/talon thing...) The 3 turbo kits I have seen are all made by the same company which isn't exactly very big.... infact they are custom systems basically that are being shipped out of a single shop. But the same guy who designed em just finished his designs on a supercharger... if I win the lotto thats my goal...well actually a supercharger on a car with 100k miles is a waste..but oh well.. we'll just have to see.

You can always get a J-Spec Engine they have a 2.5L 200HP version, and some other stuff. Corksport (http://www.corksport.com)

And about these cars not bieng riced out, I have seen some really nasty ones, but a lot of good ones too. It's a rare car

I have a friend with a silver 93 with a full body kit, not sure what kind of body kit though. It looks sweet, but there is always something wrong with it and there is only 75,000 miles on it.

same with my bros car, too many problems, ford + mazda do not make the most reliable cars.
