Diffuser Or Front Splitter?

Looks more like a mud guard than a splitter. As far as I know you'd have to custom make one. So far I've been trying to find a way to incorporate a diffuser design into a bumper to "bend" SCCA SM rules.....

^ i wonder how much of a difference that would make *regardin gthe pic* Sure looks cool tho, but some of the aggressive body kits we have would deem it useless esp since its a small section and not the whole underside of the car
