I have a 93 coupe and was cleaning my engine to find a valve cover gasket leak...after rinsing off spray the car sputtered after being turned on...left on for 15 min as description said but while driving the car it was worse than the car sputter when the car was just sitting...the car seemed to be boged down until 3rpms the the car seemed to be ok..pulled into drive way and reved car up and had tremendous backfire now car will not start.

What could it be...i think maybe spark plugs got wet...please lmk what u think or what i could try...if it is spark plugs...what would be best to replace with :wtf:

wet spark plugs, dizzy cap, batt terminals, Water inside your Intake, brake booster, ?? just dry up all your electrical components,

HAd the same thing happen to me, Only thing was that. I forgot to get the towel off the cone air filter and it made my idle then die. But I dried everthing up. and she ran fine after that.

you dont need to buy new plugs. they are jus wet inside where they sit. think about it the main part of the plug is in the combustion chamber.get sumtin that will clean up inside the holes or jus take all the plugs out make sure everything is dry then put them back in. it shud clear up.
