Subframe bushings. Need help removing.

Ok Guys I have researched here and didn't find anything about it.
So the point is I do have bad subframe bushings and I disasemble my rear suspension and they surely fall a part just the bushing of course.
I have all 4 nismo competition new subframe bushing to put in but I can't remove the old ones. I try to hammer them I put tons of WD40 and other lubes but thaey are such way sitcky due rust. I also try a puler but no succes due the area with not to much space.
I have a S14 1995 240SX and mostly stock.
I was have a bad wheel hop and when I took a look on my subframe bushings and notice they were so bad that the screw was not vertical and aligned anymore due the middle of the bushing already wear out.
So if anyone could give me an idea on how to remove the old bushing in order to put the new ones would be appreciated.

Blow torch, just burn them out. You aren't reusing them right?

+1 for the blow torch. Or just get solid collars from SPL. Thats what I did in my s14 with bad bushings, its easy.

Guys I have no torch I am just a home mechanic here no professional shop with special license for torch. Plus torching up would not weaken the suspension?
I've already bought nismo competition type subframe bushing and would like to use them.

Wow, we've found another thread for the 'idiot question of the week' award.

Using a torch on the bushings isn't going to weaken anything unless you're using acetylene and cutting them out. If you don't have access to a torch (everyone with a brain does, but we're not judging), soak it with gasoline and light it up, it may take a while but the accelerant used will melt the rubber nicely and cause it to ooze out under load, like pressing on it with a hammer. Cut the inner sleeve out with a sawzall, sand and grease the frame, then press the new ones in.

Itasca I read your link and it says exactly waht I suspected if you use torch you risk to deform the suspension. I'will try a sawzall or hack saw. Here where I live only this year became possible to buy a torch with no license and is only propane torch. Another thing is my suspension is not removed totally it's only separated from the frame and torching up would burn the whole car as the gas tank is nearby and so is the brake lines and everyone should know brake fluid is extremely flamable.
I have no clue where you guys live so don't take your states as a rule as each state in USA has their own rules and differences. Myabe in your states you can even buy a hand granade at walmart who knows. But here where I live torchs are not sold freely.

I almost forgot my nismo subframe bushings box have written for competition only so some guy is making fun of nismo for competition, I don't know if they have any other type but I think the original OEM wouldn't say competition only and yes would be nismo as nismo stands for NISsan MOtors so all nissan parts are made by them.

If you are getting angry about the dude above, you haven't realized that this forum is full of EMO auto enthusiasts, the most simplistically, ignorant people on the face of the earth! Unfortunately, they (some) are very knowledgable so listen to them and and a propane torch is a very cost efficient way versus the argon welders.

I am not angry I just happend to know that heat and metal are not always compatible and suspension needs to be tough and heating up would weaken it. Principally because where the bushings go are ring types attached (welded) to the suspension and any heat there would weaken the weld and compromise the suspension plus the fact is my suspension still attached partially to the car and I need the car to my evaryday commute so I am not planing neither I have tools to remove the suspension completely to use a torch on it. Torch it up with the suspension in place it's risk for the proximity with gas tank and brake lines.
I am thankfull to all for the quick answer but some here are professional level mechanics or just crazy pyrotechinichians and I am neither one. Saying that I do not have any intention to take a risk using or attempt to use a torch close to a gas tank as I presence my brother death to a simple play puting some alchool and fire but the bottel was close enough to explode and killed him and wounded my second brother and it was a lot smaler than a gas thank and alchool also don't burn as long as gas.

So you're saying you haven't even fully removed the subframe?

Good luck getting anything off of it with it still on the car, it's impossible.

Please tell me you are under 18 and that is why you can't get a torch.

Sub frame is easy to drop. Unbolt the bottom of the shocks from the knuckles. Take the Brake calipers off and hang them from the springs. Unbolt the drive shaft from the differential. Slide a shop floor jack under the diff and unbolt the sub frame from the body. You should be able to wheel the Sub frame anywhere with the jack.
