take off your headlight

cut a trapazoid out of some black abs

rivet it to your car

put some fogs under it

Been covered, and covered, and covered again. Look ok, but good luck making them legal or getting good lighting out of them. Remember using "Driving Lights" or "Fog Lights" to replace your headlights is illegal. Now you can say, "Screw it, I live in Illinois, not Cali. Cops won't care" and you'd probably be right. But running inferior lights would still be dangerous and un-intelligent.
