Within California: The car will be smog and ready to transfer title, but it is sold as is(if you get caught driving it on the street the ticket is your problem).

The car is tuned to be reliable as the key at 313 rear wheel hp using 91 octane gas.
Boost up to 1.4 bar with race gas it'll hit 350 rear wheel hp.
