What kind of rota's are they? Do you have any pics? And is it just two or four rims total? Last question What is the offset and lug pattern?

It is only for a pair of Rota D2s. 17x7.5, i believe +28. I used them for spares for drifting. Very clean, no rash on the fronts and have tires, with some tread left.

how much lip do the d2s have?

it's a decent amount of lip. nothing crazy. maybe 20mm.
