code 33 but replaced 02

ive got a 95' stock with about 120k. it set a code 33 so i replaced the o2. light came back on after about a week, can anyone point me in the right driection of what i should be looking at. thanks.

Reset the ECU by disconnecting the negative battery terminal and waiting several minutes. Then reconnect and let the car idle for 10 minutes.

If the light still comes back, you need to follow the instructions in the FSM. #1 in my sig.

Generally it could be a faulty O2 sensor, or your engine is just running so rich that it fouled the new sensor within a week.
