so yeah........where are you guys hosting your pics? i won't pay for this service and i'm not building a webpage just for this purpose. i'm not a big computer guy so i figured it'd be easier to just ask instead of wandering around the net dumb confused like a drag racer at a road course.

Does imagestation have a DL limit? I know a lot of people use it and I see a fair number of busted links too.
Webshots used to work, but now this new software requires you to put in ".jpg" to show an image. Before you could just do the code and the file location and cut off the .jpg and it would show.
I just don't want to transfer everything from my webshots acct to imagestation <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> (only 5 albums and 50ish pics <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> )
BTW: travis - have you checked out my page lately? I've got some nice shots of a spinning spec miata. Too bad I didn't get the shiny side down one <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>

Heres the deal.
I have Apache installed on my second Hard drive. I just formated my OS drive. So if anyone can remember how to set up Apache as a "Service" in Windows XP I can host pics.
For now the address is: http://nismo.net.dhis.org
But I have to manually start Apache and everyone closes it....

My cabel connection has 1mb up/down so I don't need webspace. This forum isn't huge so there won't be a problem with my bandwidth. Now if only I could remember how to set up a service in XP.........
