Well I was coming home From Charlotte to my house in Greensboro for the weekend. I just got payed today by Merchants. A week late with my check. I am new and they fucked the paper work up. So my water pump went out like 4 days ago. So I had been driving it solely to work and back (only a 1.5 each way). Well I ordered one to AutoZone here in the Boro and no sooner do I get 10miles outside of Charlotte, I hear kaboom and then smoke coming from the centerconsole and when I let off the gas it barrelled out the rear. I thought about stopping and hitching a ride to Greenboro with my roomie but I said fuck it. So I drove 60 more miles home and now its sitting outisde.

Not going to rebuild cause my heart is set on a DOHC. *a

2) Learn how to drive said engine so as not to blow it apart.
3) Use that money saved for other things.

Well I know how to maintain it and I know how to drive it so it wont blow. Engine was bad anyways (bad piston ring and some other stuff) but gave out a week early. I am suppose to swap in a KADE next weekend. Plus I was buying what was said to have only 40k on the clock and supposedly a woman owned it. My fault I didnt look into it more then I did. *a

man i am sorry to hear about that. shit happens. and im sorry it happened to you. hopefully you can get your dohc in good shape for cheap. once you get your car running again it will be worth it man. ive been through it many times and im sure you have too. thats the fun of it i guess. or whatever you wanna call it haha.
