So, where'd you get your turbos fellas? I have only talked to Anthony (Tonys13) and he got his from DA Performance, but apparently they are going out of business now or something. So I'm just wondering where the rest of you bought your turbo (not looking for the whole kit, just the turbo, I can source the rest ), and what car (if any) did it come off of. I'm looking for a T3/T4 in good shape or new if I can find one for the right price, I just don't really know any online stores that sell turbos other than HKS and Greddy (or kits).

I think this should go in the General forum, but if it should go somewhere else, feel free to move it.

What is the right price? Performance techniques (http://64.225.76.178/main.htm) carries both Garrett and Turbonetics.

Awesome! Thanks for the link. Ideally, the right price is as low as I can get it in good condition in. I just don't want to pay $1800 - $2500 (or more) for an HKS turbo right off the bat.

I do business with Steve at Top end Performance in No. Hollywood CA. I just replaced my T3/4 ball bearing that need overhaul with a new plain bearing for 799.00. This was for a t3/4E in 57 trim stage 5 with a .63 Ar.

I got my turbo from DA performance... but apparently, if you want the cheapest NEW turbo around, you should talk to PDM-Racing.com
I have heard prices from $450-$900 for a new turbo.
If you have any other questions on where to get bits and pieces, remember, I searched for months for the cheapest top-notch stuff. Cuz I'm, well, a poor college kid that got bit by the turbo bug.
