Not really sure to be honest, but I think around 15k miles or so...

They actually came off a car I bought. I put about 8000 miles on the vehicle myself, and was told the car only had about 5000 miles or so put on it since it was mildly modified (stock sr swap, strut braces, this suspension)...

Eibach's website says 2.2" Front and 2.1" Rear...
