Hello again...
How're things going on Zilvia?
The misbehaving computer is in Dell's hands at the moment, so maybe I can get back on regularly one of these days...or months.
For those who care, everything's still going fine with me. I'm finally starting to put together my turbo setup thanks to the co-op job. I'll probably amass the parts for the rest of the summer and do all the work over the winter...ready to run Street Mod next spring. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
I guess I'll do my monthly Mississippi Region autoX update. The Results (http://www.msscca.org/results/2002/06.html#ot) tell the story. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
I had a bit of a scare last weekend. Really wet conditions and braking into a downhill, off-camber turn and completely screwing up a 5th-to-4th rev-match caused me to do a little ditch cleaning. No big damage though...just some slight cosmetic damage to the passenger side bumper (badly scratched), front q-panel (stress creases), and kick panel (flattened). Hurt my feelings more than anything. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> But it was in good enough mechanical condition to win STS at the Pensacola autoX (http://www.gulfcoastregionscca.org/results.php?id=8#STS) the very next day.
Well, that's what's been going on in my life. If anybody is in the Pensacola area, I better see you at Bronson Field on July 28 so we can show everybody what our cars are made of. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
Well, until next time...
