okay dont know if u guys seen my post about me getting a ref ticket ...
but anyways i dont know if this works but lmk, okay my lil brother has a teacher at school that is a cop (sheirif) dont know how to speel it but anyways told him my situation about my ref ticket and said that he will sign it off, is it possible to have it signed off by a cop? and not have to take it to the ref station .. and just show up to court with it signed through him?
also some kinda fishy good news ..
okay theres some dude that drives a 2006 honda civic si passes by my house alot revs it burns out and always looks at me and laughs ... i use to have a red fast back with an sr20 with only 3" full exh. and i blew by him like nothing so he tells everyone that he wasnt trying ... anyways point being is i told my lil brother to tell him since they both go to high school that i will race him for a full set of tieres (falken azaiens) since his dad ownes a tier shop and if he wins ill give him $100 dollars well today i recieva call from my brother said that he told him yes but he wants $200 if he wins ... so im kinda like WTF!!:o why would he be stupid enough to run me in a civic si? for that kinda of money? i dont wanna write out my whole set up but this is the main things..
sr blk top
T28 bb
adj. wg @ 12lbs
FMIC
550 cc
Z32 maf
welded diff and all lil other boltons .... now why would a lil civic that looks like all it has is an exh. and intake on it wanna run me? he jst got it about 3 months ago all ready has a dent and hes like 17 years old .....
lmk what u guys think mainly about my first question ...:D

Because maybe he knows something that you don't.
And I'm guessing your little brother didn't explain the ticket correctly. Probably just said something like, "Hey, my brother got a ticket. Can you help?" Most likely forgot to mention the ref part, or the sheriff deputy doesn't like your brother and therefore wants to embarass you in court. haha

Im not sure if the cops can sign it off but i know that you could pay off the state ref ticket one of my friends payed the $400 something fine so he didnt have to take it to the ref. and good luck on the race if it comes through....

Dont know about the Ref Ticket but on the note of the Civic:
I would be careful. Even young dickheads like him sometimes reach into mommy and daddys pocket for shit. A Guy around me has a 02 Si and its pure evil. Like Toda Stroker Kit, Turbo and the 9 yards. Plus if his dad owns a tire shop he might endorse his son to build his car and help him? IDK. Just a thought. I would go for it though. Fuck it. *a

What kinda time does he usually run at the track? That's good info to know before agreeing to race him. If you are going to come back and say "Street Racin' Yo!" then please just beat yourself in the face with a ball peen hammer right now.
As for the ticket, I don't think a ref ticket can just be signed off, unless it's by the ref. Good luck with the ticket.

LoL. I dont know about CA but in NC they impound your car for min. of 30 days for street racing. So not only will you have to swap out engines but lose you grocery go getter for 30 days. That sucks. Take it to the track. Thats the safest ENVIRONMENT. *a

I raced an EP3 once. Creamed that fucker then he sprayed the second time. Tried to play it off as I could smell the Sulfur as he drove by. He blew his engine a month later.
I guess I'm trying to say, Karma's a bitch.

dude u need to learn how to spell. i think you need to go back to school with your brother. as for the ref ticket, yes, u need papers from the referee, that says your car has been ref'd. get a ka, swap it real quick, and ref it. keep the ka around if u want to have that sr, or just ditch the sr, take that 3k that u make off it, and turbo a kaDE and laugh at people when u smoek the shit outta their sr. lol

The SI will kick your ass. WHY? Cause you have a SR and not a KA =]
