t28 s15 bb turbo ... needs a re built $300???

car was @ hight boost ran over a tire hit the dp and caused it to mess up:duh: it sounds like a super charger so i know it needs a re built ... how does $300 sound? lmk guys...
im sure u guys know what it looks like .... but i will still try and get some pix as soon as i find my digital camera i keep loosing that shit ... either pm me or call me @ anytime from 7 am to 1 am lmk guys :D

hmmm i kno turbonetics can do it but its pretty damn expensive Due to the fact that it is a BB turbo. But if u kno of a shop that could rebuild it then maybe it would help out ur sale. Just a thought. Btw good luck with your sale.

well my buddy told me a shop that could do it ... and i know some peopel like to try and fix them them selfs but if buyer is seriously intrested i could try and find out .... last i heard it coast around $200 to re built it sometimes a lil less around $100 but that kinda what ur looking at so yeah lmk guys

Man rebuilding that is very problematic, especially the balancing part. Sell it for scraps, someone may want the compressor housing for their GTiR turbo to get some more HP and the wastegate may be of use as well. Even the blades may be of some use unless they are damaged as well.

if put another way, yes it can be rebuilt, by replacing the whole CHRA and putting near seals. But thats going to cost you almost the same amount as a brand new turbo, hence the fact that we just say its not rebuildable cause it just not worth it. Like trini said, part that sucker out, i might be interested in the compressor housing

no more wast gate haha ... it had an adjustable an im usint in on my other T28 bb well i might have the stock on id need to find it ........ ill part it out maybe throw me some offers and what part u want
