Digital Cluster/H.U.D. Problems!!!

I just got a coupe, and It came with a problem.....The Cluster and HuD Read 0 mph. Even when I am driving...I kNow that the guy swapped a s14 KA in to the car from a single over head KA before...Looks like he did a pretty clean job, Jus dont know whats goin on with this... any solutions???
