I don't drive on the highway often, but when I do I have to put up with lots of wind noise because my windows don't seal well. Is there an easy way to fix this?

If you want an ugly fix I did this to my neon (which used to act up at 60) Take a strip of the rubber door protector, the stuff that you put down the back edge so when you hit something with it you don't dent your door and put it over the window... if you are looking for a quick fix it works really well, and when I did it the window was still fine going all the way up and down.
