So i got a ticket fully not waiting for all pedestrians to cross the street before making a right turn at a 4 way signal light. the freakin pedestrians gave me a leeeway!!! also he added a comment on the ticket that i made the right to the far left lane out of 2 lanes. :madfawk:
when he wrote me a ticket he didnt write the name of my car. yesterday i got a correction for the ticket that read, correction: car name: sentra :hammer: could i still just pay for the BS ticket?
You should always practice your right to fight the ticket if you believe you were wrongly ticketed.

Did the President of the United States write you the ticket? If not, WTF is with the Thread Title? Are you seriously blaming all of Democracy for a moving violation? Get a grip on reality for a second and talk to the courthouse, lawyer, friendly police officer, etc. and see what can be done about the ticket. Whining on the internet will get you no where.

uh yah, fight it on teh grounds that your car is not a sentra and you dont own a sentra, and that you were in the right turning lane. if that fails, pay the ticket, opt for traffic school, and be on your way.

btw... you broke 2 laws, you got a cited for breaking 2 laws.
people that go from the inside right turn lane to the further out lanes piss me off. Everyday they use that lane to cut me off, or smash into my truck. Its a good thing they are pulling people over for that.

Even tho the cop put your car down as a sentra and i hate tickets and the cop who gave you it (like every one else)...you did break the law.
Your not suppose to turn, or even go stright untill the pedestrians have FULLY crossed the street and are on the sidewalk.
And when you turn, doesnt matter how clear traffic is, your suppose to turn into the lane closest to you, meaning the inside lane.
Stop driving like your the king of the road and respect other people, i always stop to let people cross even tho its not a cross walk when its a neigborhood street.
But if its a busy city street, you better use the cross walk bitch!! =]

I too hate it when someone makes a right turn and dips into the far left lane...that is how I got into an accident (not my fault) that resulted in the front end conversion.

why dont you pay the ticket, since you dont want to deal with it. AND DONT DO THINGS THAT WILL GET YOU PULLED OVER IF YOUR GOING TO COMPLAIN.
