Hey, Im having trouble with my car running rich and also with my rpms not dropping smoothly. I had the car tuned for dec air and now Ive recirculated my bov. What are the proper in and out settings as well as dec air and everything. My setup is stock sr maf on a redtop. I dont have a manual and I did search.
Thanks

www.zeroyon.com
it has descriptions on dec settings on afc and a translated s14 sr20det fsm
as far as running rich and bad idle, could be many things,
boost leak and/or faulty maf,
i'm having the same issues, and searching on line from other's misfortunes...
in/out i think is 2 and 6, it's out there somewhere...

6 in 6 out for sr20det MAFS and ECU
Read my Z32 MAFS install for settings for that
Zeroyon in the Tech section has a write up as mentioned above which explains how to set the decel air settings...or you could search decel sir settings on here which it looks like you didnt do. I have explained that a few times here...Just search my username and "DECEL"
YOU CAN NOT TUNE YOUR CAR WITH AN SAFC WITHOUT A WIDEBAND, IF YOU DO FUCK WITH THAT STUFF YOU COULD FUCK YOUR ENGINE UP FOR LIFE.

i didnt search for decel because i recircd my bov, i did use your write up for when it was to atmosphere. However, now its recircd and I need it to be back to normal before I messed with the dec settings so it will act like a stock bov is still on there. thanks for the help though. does in and out depend on if its red or blacktop? Also I have not messed with any of the things besides dec air. I am waiting for a wideband before that.
Thanks
edit: also where do you do the in and out? under hotwire or what? It came with my car so I really dont know how to use it

If you are RECIRC'd just set the decel air back to zero all the way. If you have any back firing or stalling you will have to reset the decel air as per th directions.
There is no difference with redtop or blacktop settings for running a Z32
The In and Out is under the setttings
