Ok

1. Check to see if your MAFS, CAS ect is plugged in or anything that is around the area you worked on.

2. If 1 checked out OK, check for spark and fuel

Check those and post back up.

tiresmokes13: ill check everything tomorrow..

Datboibrad: i upgraded the oil and coolant lines, i do have 550cc injectors, Z32 Maf and a 255lph fuel pump.. but i didnt install it, i was going to install everything together with my AVC-R and SAFC.. ive only driven the 240 once since the turbo was installed..

my guess would be the blue valve cover. so the starter does engage? or does it just click. does the fuel pump still come on? could be the battery... sr requiers a bit of juice for it to turn over imho.

yeah, if your battery doesn't have a lot of cold cranking amps, you may want to consider an upgrade. get some jumper cables, or a jumper box.

Crank but no start = check fuel and spark, as said above. Then check compression.

Easy maintenance you could do would be to replace the spark plugs and fuel filter. That could solve some of your starting issues, and it should cost under $20.

Get a 300ZX fuel filter and NGK BKR5, 6, or 7E copper spark plugs. OEM plugs are platinum, but everybody runs copper gapped to about 9-11mm or so.
