Question about smog ref ticket

ok so tongiht i received a ticket that says modified emissions system and i have to go see the state ref, it has that sticker in the back, i also got no front plates. my question is, can i just pay the bail amount and walk away? I heard it was like $300, I got an sr20 so I would prefer not to swap the motor out.

the fine is 351$ u can pay it but you may still have to go to court for no front plates and pay an extra fine. so yeah. better to opaty it cause i swapped back when i got a ref and was still fined 100$ even though i passed ref and everything., later. good luck

when you got pulled over did he look at your motor or just see no cats?

looked at the motor too, if i get the no front plates fixed, will i still have to go to court and pay the fine for the no front plates.
