Dizzy problem...!

Allright, I have the car set on TDC on the compression stroke, but the number one spark cant line up with the dizzy , as in where the dizzy is at, I cant make the number one spark plug wire line up with it, no matter which way I turn it... I also cant swap around the wires to make it line up .... its like just a small, very small ammount behind where it needs to be, but I am maxed out on the ability to turn the dizzy... any help? how can I change this...

did you make sure to line up ur oil pump with the notches on the pump and gear? im thinking of sohc ka, so it would also help if you put which motor u had.
