Is there a kit that is sold anywhere that can convert the 240SX taillights into the Silvia S15 taillights? If so where can u find it? Thanx for your time and your replies ahead of time.

If they do not come in a kit what all would be required to make the conversion?

do you have an S13 or S14? &nbsp; I've never heard of a kit. &nbsp; But I am thinking that it would cost some major money. &nbsp; If you have an S14 or an S13 fastback. &nbsp; Then you'll notice that the lights are not seperate like the S15, which would require major modifications to fit. &nbsp; It may be easier if you had an S13 coupe. Talk to a body shop. &nbsp;Show them the a pic of the tails and show them your car and see what they say. &nbsp;Personally, I think it would be a waste of time and $$$ <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sigh.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Cliff notes: &nbsp; It cost more than its worth. &nbsp;Talk to a body shop.

I don't think any one makes a kit. Take a look at how different the rear ends are. Each is a totally different shape both lights and body. It would take a lot of bondo to graft stock s15 tails on to either a s13 or s14.

It is definately not worth the effort to install. The taillights alone are expensive as hell. The body work that intels is very expensive and the dimensions of your car will be way off no matter how good the bodyshop is. S15 tail light install = $ + time which = $$ x custom work more than likely not performed by an American body shop =$$$$ - $ if they are not sheisty X $$$$$ if they are = Headace + $$$$$$$$$$. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that everyone will laugh at you because you have giant ass tail lights on a car that has a small ass end.

i thought 'bout workin on a project of s15 headlight and s15 taillight on a s14, w/ rb20det , but it cost too much, and i couldn't get a s14 for a good price. &nbsp;but yah, the s15 tail will require A LOT OF BONDO, and fiberglass, and for the richer ones, cf

doesn't the S15 tails wrap around the back end? &nbsp;that'd mean u'd hafta cut that part of the body as well. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

u could try to put S15 tails on a Solara. &nbsp;doesn't the S15 and the Solara look eerily similar? &nbsp;don't some Nissan's look eerily similar to Toyota's? &nbsp;isn't it eerie? &nbsp;isn't it?!? &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>
