ok so i attempted to put my new head unit in and I belive two of the wires connected and all i saw was a small spark and now i have no interior lights no and no turn signals and no clock. Has anyone else had this problem or a solution and i checked the interior fuses all fine

check the rest of your fuses.

Assuming it is a 89-94 240sx...
I am willing to bet fuse C,P,or R are blown. When you check fuses use a test light and make sure it lights on both sides, that is the only way to check them correctly. Fuse C & P are for the hazard switch (which in turn sends power to the signal light switch), and R is for the radio, interior lights, clock, etc.
If you don't have a wiring diagram fuse C is on the left 3 fuses from the bottom, fuse P is on the right 6 up from the bottom, and fuse R is on the right 8 up from the bottom. These fuses are all in the kick panel on the drivers side.
If the fuses still turn out to be fine then you have start looking at the wiring diagrams...
Oh yeah, do you by any chance know what colour the wires were that you saw sparks from?
