ok heres the deal.
took the car out about 2 weeks ago and put it through hell. a couple days later i get in it and notice the pedal is sitting lower than it was before. wanting to drive i think nothing of it and go about my business. the next day i get in it and the clutch pedal is sitting on the floor with no pressure. i buy a new master cylinder and slave cylinder, and go about replacing them. i reroute the lines to take out the dampening box at the same time. bled the clutch and it felt great.
so i take it out the other day for a whole day of driving and doing errands. it felt good and i had no issues. i get back in the car yesterday to move it and the clutch is sitting real low again. like it was when i started having this issue. now am i wrong or the master and slave cylinders are the only things in the clutch system? what could be causing this?? please enlighten me before i lose my mind....

EDIT: there is only about 1000 miles on the whole swap.

specs:
89 240sx with redtop swap
clutch is an act six puck unsprung
replacement parts were autozone

There's been many posts about this. Get OEM Nissan parts since auto store master/slave cylinders are inferior. Jason also made a good point about using a Clutch stop bolt. Shouldn't be hard to find the post with a quick search.

do you have the ACT pressure plate or juste the clutch disc?
I have the same problem than you with a OEM pressure plate and the ACT 6 pucks disc.
Do anyone know if it's correct to have a setup like that?

the pressure plate is what makes it a stronger clutch.
