Tight video dude the supra and skyline owners must have deep pockets to drift around with those expensive cars.

That video was definitely not worth it's own thread. It's cool you guys are drifting but nobody wants to see guys sliding around willy nilly in an empty parking lot.
To make this thread worth a damn, here is a video with me, dousan, dorifto_slut, bosomofo, pat, cfinch, forrest, and a few others at the best driftcourse in the united states.

I'm thinking that parking lot is the closest thing to a track they have, and hoping they have permission to use it for that. Only problem I had with the video, was the music. Repetitive annoyance.

Parking lots are fine but at least do something cool in that parking lot other then understeer until the rear ends finally kicks out. Yeah, music was horrible as well. See my vids above as reference for good music.

They do have a track, kinda, but its crazy huge and expensive, already tried hostin an event there. We went out there to help them get an event going but can only use the small lot (smaller than the one in the vid) for a decent price. It could have been an event, they just dont believe in helmets.
Got to drive that s14 and skyline, hope to drive the supra at this coing event :) But glad to see you guys are getting better over there, hopefully we can help you all secure some of the other tracks in the area for '07.

Appreciate the support as new drivers, correct we do not have access to a decent track other than a Road Course that runs about $15,000 per day.
ClubFR has been very helpful getting us started. We are attending one of their events this month and hope to get better footage. This video was actually for promotion with Slide America. We have been doing as many promotions as possible to help promote us for next year.

Flybert, No it may not be as cool as PG, but we do with what we got. Missouri sux for tracks in the area. I know that so.cal. has quite a few tracks within a reasonable drive.
Pretty lame vid. It's all just super slow second gear power over. Doesn't really show off any real driver skill. Music was brutal too.
I agree, a parking lot is a lot better than doing it on the street though. If there's no track, that's probably the best place to do it.

the silver zenki right? i think there was only 1 and i thought the silver zenki was urs.
so there was only 1 stock KA, i coulda guess. all the other cars were doing holding the drift for so long i was like they must be all turboed. I wasn't so sure about the zenki but when i played it again sounded like the KA.
