Anyone have acess to company letterhead?

I'm getting screwed on ebay over a phone I brought. Paypal wants me to get the phone checked out by a company that will dignasone the phone saying that the parts and the phone do not work. (there isnt a sort of company around) Then fax them an invoice so they can refund me the $ for the phone. Can anyone help?
I need it by tommrow afternoon. If you could maybe e-mail or fax it to me that would be awsome. I'll send you and e-mail of what needs to be included on the letterhead.

i doubt it will work, it is fraud. if it is broken, why dont you just bring it to a shop to get diagnosis? or are you trying to scam someone?

Take it to any celluar store and have them say it is screwed. I am sure there is a cell phone store around.
