Tire size was 235/40 Front and 245/40 Rear.

Front had 30mm wide fenders so all I needed to do was relocate the harness.
Rear fenders were rolled pretty much flat with about -1.5 or -2 camber.
(Not exactly sure because I asked the alignment guy to do -2 degrees and it was when I left the place, but I recently got the rears checked and one side was -1.4 and the other was -1.6.)

Typically people with 18x9.5+12 will run 225/40/18 all around
