Allright, a while back coolant started getting into my oil pan, I thought it was a head gasket so I replaced it, didn't fix it. Turns out the front cover had a hole eaten through it by the timing chain, I rebuilt the motor and had that fixed. Well the same thing is happening, coolant in the oil. I've had the head resurfaced and pressure checked, it came out good, I just put a brand new head gasket and head bolts in, so I'm fairly sure its not a head gasket problem. I re-sealed the front cover... and nothing, when I fill the radiator (or to test it, I pour water in the top radiator hose that connects to the intake mani) I still have water (a fairly good amount) in the oil pan. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I didnt have the block checked for cracks, but I visually checked it and I didnt see any cracks (could of missed em tho) The amount of water that is comming out is impressive, any ideas?
EDIT: Well I pulled the oil pan and looked for cracks as water was poured in, and it appears that the front cover wasnt getting a good seal around the water passage for the fan and pump... I have the worst luck with RTV...
