what do you guys think would be the best exhaust for me, i live in california and dont want the attention from the cops <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'> so it has to be somewhat quiet, also do you guys know which exhaust gets the most gains out if the hotshot headers and a cold air intake

thx

Go with whatever exhaust you want, but just pickup the silencer. &nbsp;Personally, I'm doin the HKS Hyper series exhaust on mine, but cops aren't to bad around here.

GReddy SP, they're CARB certified and come with a decal to prove it to the cops! &nbsp; It's a bit pricey but well worth the money.

I have the GReddy MX on mine. It's not too loud, but sounds badass at WOT, especially with CAI installed. I would recommend it to anyone.

i'm in cali, i'm on HKS sports w/ the r-2 tips, they only sound loud when u get on it, so it'll be fine. &nbsp;i don't think they r in production anymore <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>

The 5zigen fireball that I have is pretty quiet. Just gives off all bass pretty much and it's quieter than most of my friend's exhausts that have silencers on them.

Well, i am gonna go wid GReddy myself which is the PE 2. It has a hks hyper look wid TRUST deep throaty sound the are known for. I have a GReddy Evo on my shitty civic i havent gotten pulled over yet. There is my .02 cents

does the silencer on the APEXi N1 work well, ive heard that it reduces sound output by 7 dB but im not sure how loud that is &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/whatsthat.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':whatthe:'>

Kakimoto R

I say get the kakimoto R. It is a high performing exhaust that has very little sound even without the silencer it is at like 95db. It is a quality exhaust.

I've been running with no exhaust from the cat on for a few weeks. I have my stock muffler there as a dummy &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> &nbsp;Its incredibly loud and draws attention from all the cops &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> &nbsp;Plus it sounds like a V8 and it was free. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> &nbsp;But hey, I have no money so what can you do &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> &nbsp; <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
