If you look again, though that S15 is LHD, the ebrake handle in the shot at 3 minutes, 21-25 seconds is still on the right side as if it were still RHD. (I know LHD 300ZX ebrake handles are on the right, but Silvia ebrake handles should be on the side the steering wheel is on.)
Well I was at a shop today in Taipei County, Taiwan getting my AE86 worked on. There were several S13s, S14s, and S15s, as well as BMWs, an Impreza, and an Evo, plus other cars in various states of repair from shells to fully built.
Here's the interior of a silver-gray S15 late from Japan, nothing special:

Here's a white S15, fully drift-spec...behind it is a pimped-out white S13 convertible sitting on what looked like 19s.

Here's its engine bay...but notice where the brake fluid reservoir is:

Interior, notice they moved the ebrake handle:

Here's a red S15's engine bay (again notice the brake fluid reservoir):

Leather dash closeup, almost looks factory:

And an S15 undergoing conversion:

They use S14 steering racks and lots of custom fabrication. Labor is cheap here so these conversions can be had for NT$400k and up, depending on mods. That's around US$13k at the current exchange rate. Problem is, they're gray market imports as "scrap metal" and would be impounded if stopped by savvy police.
