Car is up on all fours with all front suspension off. I have my a-arms with new es bushings/moog ball joints, spl tension rods, kazama tie ends, coilovers, sway bar bushings. I'll be installing this stuff tomorrow and want to know what's the best order to install and adjust. I have the a-arms on now and was thinking this order....

a-arms on
sway bar hand tighten to a-arm
tie rod ends (hand tightened) on rod
tension rods (hand tightened)
spindle
bolt on tie rod ends to spindle hand tight
coilovers
tires on then jack down
adjust tie rods parallel to a-arms
adjust tension rods
tighten all points to factory spec torques

take to be corner balanced and alignment!!!

sound right?? if not i'm open for suggestions....thanks

sounds good to me.

as long as they all go on, order isn't too important.

The only thing I'd change is that I'd adjust all the rods/arms before installing them onto the car by comparing them to the stock pieces. Then they should be pretty close to factory or whatever setting you had. Leave the rest to the alignment shop.

tension rods are adjusted to stock length
tie rod ends are adjusted to stock ball joint length and I have the threads measured correctly on the rod itself.

thanks for the info, i was just more or less worried if adjusting it off the ground would be any different than adjusting things on the ground
