I have decided to sell the s12. I bought a house and its not a priorty any more. I just installed a koyo radiator and the car now over heats. I just dont want to mess with it any more. I am listing the car on here for 22k. I have way way more money in to it than that and for the last three years of my life I have spent all of my free time working on this car to get it to the point its at now. you can find out about the car on my cardomain. I think the over heating thing was just a air bubble around the thermostat. cause its fine now. hope some one is looking for a built drift car. cause I dont think your averge car guy is going to spend that much. but any one that knows how much time and money it takes to get a car to this point might buy it as their shop car or drift car.

i've seen this car in person at Carlisle and its awesome... some fantastic work went into it...

but yeah $22k is nuts...

I have around 25k just in parts on the car. 3 years of work to get it how it is today. one of less than a hand full of sr s12 notches in the us. only one with full s13 coilovers and tube frame rear. has around 400rwhp. new paint. and new every thing only put 4k miles on it so far. you couldent build the car for that much. and most people couldent build a car like that. its original. why do people pay so much for beat stock s13's? I doubt any one will buy the car. because to most people a 85 200sx isnt worth any thing. no matter what it has done. the only way I think it will sell is if their is some one looking for a ready made orignal drift car. I am just trying to get some of my money back cause I bought a house and dont need a drift car. would rather put money in to the house and my s14.

Some people make bad decisions investing over $20K into an S12 is one of those, just an opinion good luck with the car sell but for that cash you can buy a clean E36 M3 or a clean E46 328i even at $15K a clean RWD E36-E46 BMW, S13, S14, AE86, Soarer, and so on instead of a 1985 200sx.

Sorry to hear you lost your job.

Again good luck though hope it makes it to around atleast $7K time and work into these cars usually means nothing to buyers. Guess you can consider this a bump.

I do have good job history. and I had a job I just reciently got layed off. thats why I have to sell the car.
