I've got two sets of upper fender liners if thats what you're looking for

one set is from a kouki and the other is a zenki, not sure if theres a difference though

And there is NO difference between base and SE for the parts you've listed, only Zenki and Kouki and only for the liners. Tension rod bracket is the same for all models (some early 95s have extra holes drilled in them, but the fitment does not change).
