anyone ever have a problem with SPL parts hubcentric rings not being long enough?

I just put on my hubcentric rings from SPL parts (aluminum type) and mounted my uras wheels, and the rings seem too short in height (height being if u laid the ring flat)
it fits in the wheel fine but it doesnt reach the hub by probly 3mm or maybe 4.

just wondering if anyone has had a problem. i just found out today so im going to call SPL tomarrow and see what they say.

Do not press the rings fully into the wheels... you should just tap it in just past the edge of the wheel, that will ensure the ring sits on the hub.
