You can download them here http://apexi-usa.com/product_electronics.asp
Download the one for the NEO or the japanese version. It has the latest ECU pinouts.

o.k I have it hooked up except the maf wires. I tested it and it works fine (reads rpm / throttle). Now my plan is to play with it for a bit until I can understand it properly before I hook up the maf and actually try to tune it. Right now the car has stock maf & 370 injectors. Also I will be ordering a innovative motorsports wide band to get an accurate o2 reading. During winter I plan to upgrade to a z32 maf and 550cc injectors. So will it be o.k to drive for now set like this or will the afc mess things up even with out the maf hooked up to it?
Thanks..Josh

Anyone know if the neo is the same settings as the afc II for a S14 SR, It breaks up during rev, idles fine and doesn't read rpm on the neo or stock tach.Im thinking MAF right now.

it should run with default settings.. make sure you got the safc set up for your car, i.e. engine type, in/out settings etc.
but sounds like your motor is stock for now, so you dont really need to play with it. I got z32 maf in blow thru setup, stock injectors and turbo.. i just got the safc setup to run the z32 maf 1 in/7 out. with stock defaults and it runs good. Ill look into tuning when i dyno it. but that wont be til i upgrade turbo
