Brand new pair.
I ordered the same tires twice from 2 different shops. I paid $185 shipped to my house for the 2 from Tirerack, and like to sell them local(So Cali region) for slightly under what I paid...$170 picked up or delivered near my work or home. hay it's a $15 saving, brand new, and never used. If they don't sell i'll just keep them for extras in the future..but though I'd throw this out to anybody that wants to help clean my garage.
