tensioning sr power steering pulley?

I hate to ask such a simple question, but after searching and nosing around the pulley for awhile, I haven't found a way to tension the power steering pulley belt for my s13 sr20det. Is there a way or does everyone just shimmey it on?

Any pictures would be very helpful also. Thanks

loosen the locking nut, then turn the tension bolt clockwise to tighten. Once to desire, tighten the locking nut.
