Looking for some help from CA members

Can anyone tell me the color of their license plate stickers? I am in a title battle with some F***ER that used to own my car and the plate is about to expire. The CADMV will not really help me and it is going to have to go to litigation. So...in the mean time I want to create stickers for it to keep the cops off my tail. I live in Illinois so I am not terribly worried about authenticity, just want to know the color and a slight description. A digi pic up close of the year would be UNBELIEVEABLY COOL!!! I know this sounds shady, if you want to know the whole story, PM me and I will send it to you, I just really need some temporary help. I don't approve of or condone this type of thing, I am just really inbetween a rock and a hard place.

that's the stupidest idea i have ever heard of. you will be fined/ticketed/arrested for 'frauding' those stickers. not a good idea.

Yeah, I know, but right now my title is in a state of nirvana at the CADMV. The guy I bought the car from never paid to have the title transfered into his name, so it is still in the original owners name (they sold him the car in 2003!) The guy I bought it from has disappeared from the face of the earth. It is not stolen I have talked with the CADMV, I am trying to find the original owners so I can see if they can help at all. If anyone wants to find the guy for me he lives in Chatham, CA. His name is Greg Leland, he drives civics and hondas a lot. His phone number is 818-355-7811. Address is 19901 Blackhawk, Chatham CA. I have had my lawyer send out papers to him and am waiting his replies.

Shit why steal one, just get one of your own registered vehicles, and just say you lost the sticker. If cop pulls you over and says the reg does't match the sticker, just say oops shit I put it on the wrong car. haahhaha

Well if your in IL with CA plates...why would it matter what color the sticker is??? Whats the chances that a IL cop would know what color CA stickers are? I doubt that all the states are on the same color scheme...

Besides the fact...would it matter much what color sticker it is when they run your plates and ask for your registration?
