Here is a tubular manifold (x02, SSAC) and 38mm Turbonetics Evolution External WG. (NOT the crappy Deltagate). This was on my S14 SR20DET.
The manifold itself is not very good. It costs $150 on ebay, ya know. However, what might be of interest is the fact that this manifold has been re-welded by Cullen up at Garage Works. He is an excelent welder, and did a couple hours of precise TiG to the joints and other problem areas on this manifold (WG flange, etc). His welds penetrate much deeper than the stock welds that were on there (and what is prone to cracking). That was a couple hundred $ right there.
The wastegate... works perfectly. Has a .7 bar spring in it (about 10psi). Flawless, big enough to flow well, but small enough to not purge too much (like a bigger TiAL). The Wastegate will outflow any internal gate. The real reason why most turbo's cannot make as much power as people would like is b/c internal gates are NOT BIG ENOUGH!!!
$225 for the both of them. Its a lot cheaper than getting these pieces brand new, but the brand new crappy manifold is... crappy. This at least has good welds on it.
