Front Left
Actual | Before
Camber -2.0 | -2.6
Caster 4.4 | 7.0
Toe 0.11 | -.23

Front Right
Actual | Before
Camber -2.0 | -3.4
Caster 4.3 | 7.3
Toe 0.08 | -.87

I fucked up on my caster I wanted 8 (I was searching alignment specs on Zilvia) Anyway I thought Stock would be 0, so after going to the 3rd alignment shop I just said fuck it in my head and decided that I could go half agressive and half stock. Started looking at the specifed Range and felt really stupid that 6.0-7.5 is stock arg... I wanted to get 8.

Question is can I manually adjust my Caster without throwing off my Toe REALLY bad? I dont have 100$ to pay to get realigned and also My work hours are the worst.. half the problem was I had to wake up 8 am this morning to get this done.

(For fun here is my rear with no aftermarket links)

Back Left
Actual | Before
Camber -3.4 | -3.7
Toe -0.13 | 0.11

Back Right
Actual | Before
Camber -2.8 | -2.9
Toe 0.33 | -.032

what aftermarket suspension pieces are you using? Stock parts can only be adjusted so far...in any in certain cases.

Forgot to add this is for a Daily Driver/ (street) Drift car

Front:
Wheels: Swastikas 15x6 +10
Tires: 195/60/15
Kazama T/C Rods
Tein Tie Rods (inner and outer) with spacers
Cusco Camber Plates.

Again though my question is to make clearly cause I suck at posting.

Can I adjust my Front TC rods myself back to 7 or 8 (not on an alignment rack or anything) without throwing off my Toe.

If not will I be ok just to keep driving and drifting with it at 4... even though I'm guessing the throwback on the steering wheel will suck Plus I'm currently rubbing.

Nope. Get it realigned, its the only way to do it.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to eyeball.....

No

...........

The Stock Toe is between 0.2 - .11
So adjust my caster to 7 from 4.4 will go over .11 ?

5 threads in front 7 of adjustment = 7.0 Caster. I was off by .3 because I was in a hurry on my Kazama TC rods.

Since my Front toe, caster, and toe have been aligned. Even if I do adjust the caster it will will be pretty much equal since the new caster settings will be equal also, or am I totally off.

Two Choices:

1. Realign and don't go with the "fuck it" method ever again.

2. Waste your time trying to eye ball your alignment, only to mess it up even more than it is now.

hahaha. Yeh, eyeballing is only good for when u first put on the parts and have to drive to the alignment shop... unless you dont care about tire wear, handling, and/or balance. I've done my rear toe and camber. Was about 0.4 deg off for camber, 0.3 INCHES off for toe = not good. Tire wear wasnt too bad for some reason, maybe dint drive enough, or my 245/45 HANKOOK VENTUS are just invincible.

Regarding the caster question, if you change caster, you will also change toe and camber. But actually, you wont notice any changes until you turn: http://www.familycar.com/Alignment.htm

Yeah I got another alignment I posted about it here
http://www.zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=121375

Now 3 lug nuts fell off and I almost lost a wheel.... Now my alignments off badly again and if I brake hard my wheel turns Left 90 degrees... guess I bent a rotor or something I dunno.

dude i think you need to relearn the basics of working on a car before going to custom stuff. you can't eyeball alignments, and you should never be losing wheels and shit
