140k on engine runs great has been driven back and forth between los angeles and san francisco 3 times in the last two months. Its a very good running reliable daily.

edgar last shot in my pics is an interior shot. the sunroof works. and seals tightly. its all power. I can throw in a set of grey s14 seats for an extra $200 as well.

This seems like a pretty good deal to me. If I hadn't just picked up another Corolla I'd be all over this.

Well Konstantin you and your dad are clueless about the 240sx scene. Yes I said clueless. I was driving Z cars before you were born and just because your dad is a 300zx nut does not make him an authority on car values.

You lowballed at 3k in the bay area which is the price of a completely bone stock clean 5 speed coupe with no parts. My car is clean and has a black Silvia front end with carbon fiber hood and cherry fenders that is worth 1k in its own right. Add in the rare kouki type x wheels $300, Tokico blue shocks with espeleir springs $300 hmmmm thats $1600 plus the stock single cam has been replaced with a dual cam i.e. dual cam power steering lines as well. at $4500 minus $1600 that would come out to $2900 for the car without those parts and thats not even includung the other small mods. I don't think you should be tryint tp purchase a car like this if you do not know its real market value.
