FS - 1995 240sx SE (Southern Cali)

Up for sale is my 1995 Nissan 240sx SE. The car currently has the original KA24DE motor in it with 88,500 miles on it. It's a 5 speed and the clutch is in great shape, shifts nice and smooth. Oil is changed in the car every 3000 miles.

btw I hope you disclosed about the different head that's on the motor.I don't think the new owner would appreciate hiding that fact. price may still be negotiable then ;)

his deposit was refunded to him last night via paypal. he sent me the money for the deposit via paypal without even seeing the car. someone else came and saw the car and decided to buy the car, so i refunded his deposit via paypal...

i resent the payment back from paypal because you sent a paypal payment to me, meaning I have to take a cut for you selling to somebody else after I made a deposit.

So please send me a paypal refund (not paypal payment) for the deposit.

Regardless of use not seeing the car, or not we did have an agreement, but since finding out about the sketchy motor that info wasn't disclosed, i'm glad you are sending me my money back.

you shouldn't have accepted then if your perception of a deposit doesn't entail and agreement to sell the vehicle to the depositor.

This way there's no bad vibes like what's going on now.
