A lot of flash. Not a ton of substance... made for the Adult Swim stoner crowd. Really just (fairly well-drawn) anime with occasional scenes appealing for morons to change their ways. There are better shows lampooning pop culture and politics. Oh, and Ruckus pisses me off.

That said, I usually enjoy the Dave Chappelle Show but he certainly falls into the category of sophomoric humor about half the time if not more.
