why custom? just get the stock SR AC parts and wire it up...or pay 2 bills and have a decent swap shop do it for u.
a lotta ppl sell their AC since most of us dont use it.

if they said welding is required, then you are going to the wrong shop. as long as you have the lines off of the correct ac compressor then you should be fine.

what year is your 240?
and what lines are missing?

I think you have to go custom if its a S15 SR.

the a/c lines fit the compressor, but dont bolt up to usdm s13 a/c lines. the jdm a/c lines are shorter because the box is on the left side of the car while the usdm is on the right. ive tried adapting the s13 sr a/c lines to sohc and dohc lines to no sucesss. you either got to cut off the s13 compressor fittings and weld on sohc/dohc a/c lines or buy custom made ones.

there was a shop who makes custom ones like for 200. its xatracing.com or something.
